District
13 News
 During the last funding cycle, two District 13 groups received Loving My Community Neighborhood Improvement Grants from the City of Dallas. Grant amounts ranged from $3,000 to $10,000. Through Apr. 30, applications will begin being accepted for the next cycle of grants. Don't miss out! |
Several members of Park Forest Pool met with Council Representative Margolin for guidance in working with the city inspector.
"Today," writes pool manager Todd Smith, "we can say Ann is our Park Forest Pool Community Hero. We are able to lower our winter monthly operational costs to an average of $300 per month vs. $600."
That will help keep them in the swim.

The Fine Arts Chamber Players have specifically extended an invitation for District 13 residents to attend one of their four remaining season concerts at the Dallas Museum of Art. Next up? On Mar 27, Gregory Raden, Principal Clarinetist for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, will be featured in a program of music for clarinet, strings and piano by Beethoven, Brahms and Hindemith. |
